Terms of service

I acknowledge that this is a handmade snowglobe tumbler. All cups are degassed and shipped without air bubbles present. Minor air bubbles caused by temperature changes, altitude, or shipping are normal and are not considered a defect. Allowing the cup to rest upright for 24 hours may reduce or eliminate bubbles. Item is hand-wash only. Processing time is 5-7 business days.
